  1. Take Chole and put it into a cooker and add salt,water and tea bag. Cover it with a lid and soak it for overnight.
  2. Heat ghee in a wok, add cumin seeds. when they crackle, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
  3. Now add kasturi methi and everest sabji masala and mix it well.
  4. Now add tomato puree along with green chilli paste and mix it well.
  5. Add all the dry spice powders(chana masala powder,kashmiri lal mirch powder,kitchen king masala) and mix all.
  6. Now add boiled chole and mix well and add boiled chole water if required.
  7. Now add salt and mix it well now cover it a flat plate and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Now add chopped coriander and mix well.
  9. Chole is ready to be served
