  11. 2heaped tsp amchur powder
  12. 2 tea bags
  13. For palak bhaturas:
  14. 2 cups maida
  15. 1 cup sooji
  16. 1 tsp baking powder
  17. as required Little oil
  18. to taste Salt
  19. As required Spinach puree to knead the dough

Steps to make to make Pindi chana & palak bhatura

  1. Pindi chana: In a cooker put the soaked chanas along with the same water that it was soaked in which has oil and salt. Pressure cook till chanas soften.
  2. In a kadhai add oil and add all the spices and add the cooked chanas mix well add the water it was cooked in. When the water dries then add 1/2 of the sliced onions ginger jullienes and 3-4 slit green chillies. Mix well add the boiled and sauteed potatoes and paneer cubes mix well. Garnish with the remaining sliced onions ginger jullienes slit green chillies and coriander. Serve with a wedge of lemon
  3. Palak bhaturas.
  4. Knead the Maida,sooji, baking powder,oil,salt and enough spinach puree to make a tight dough.
  5. Take oil in a karhai and heat well
  6. Roll out the dough to bhatura shape of your choice long or round and fry in the hot oil till fluffy. Serve hot with Pindi chana
