- Now first of all take madia seive maida add 1/2 salt,oil mix it well knead it to make thick dough



- Then keep dough side then take peanut roast it then remove their skin grind thick not powder wash coriander leaves and drain water from coriander leaves



- Take a kadia add 1serving spoon oil add cummin seeds+sauf then add coriander leaves mix it well and saute it add salt, Red chilli powder



- Add sesume seeds add peanuts mix it well cook 2,3minutes on medium low flame.



- Mix it well then add sugar powder and citric acid mix it again then saute it for 2 minutes continue.



- Our filling is ready to use then take Dough knead for 1minute by using 1tsp of oil then take some portion of dough roll as like thin puri.



- Then put 2tsp of filling in between roll puri folde it left and right then up and down to make a roll if it will not tide at last then put wet finger on last folde to tide roll then deep fry all roll cool it.ready to eat yummy.
