Since I had to share some Chayee Kahani with this as well..😍 Once our family was sitting together and everyone asked for a cup of tea. It was a wonderful day since it was raining heavily. We were sitting on the terrace and enjoying rain. My mom stood up to make tea. Unfortunately, when she started making tea she found that milk was less than required. Because if she used less milk, then stronger tea would have to be taken. Not everyone at our home loves strong tea. Suddenly, an idea came to her mind. She added ..... to the tea and mixed well. Served everyone. All of us were loving it. We asked mom how did you make the tea today? Its giving a different taste which is awesome. She said I used a secret ingredient today accidentally and I'm loving it too. Later on she revealed that she used DRY MILK POWDER in the tea after adding original milk. So I shared this original Kozi Chayee Recipe with you so you can try and taste it as well..♥️♥️♥️

Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make کوزی چائے:
- 1 Tbsp Lipton Tea
- 100 ml water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cardamom
- 2 Tsp Dry Milk Powder
- 2 Tbsp Malai / Cream
- Almonds for Garnishing
- to taste Sugar
Steps to make to make کوزی چائے
- Add tea to kettle with two elaichis. Open up the elaichi and use them with their cover. Now add boiling water to the kettle. After that, cover the kettle with TACOZI for DUM. This will produce the real "DUM WALI CHAYEE".


- When the Qehwa is ready, add it to the tea cups. Add sugar and mix lightly. Must add sugar at this step as adding it at last will disrupt garnishing of the tea. Add Boiling milk to Qehwa. Mix slightly.



- This step will prepare Strong Tea. If you want to prepare strong tea, then add more Qehwa and less milk otherwise for normal tea, add both in almost equal quantities.



- Take 1 Tsp Dry Milk Powder. Add to tea and mix slightly. The dry milk powder along with original milk produces a wonderful yummy taste. Don't forget to add it.
- Take 1 Tbsp Cream / Balai. Beat it well with hand. Top up the chayee with 1 Tbsp Balai on each cup. Later top it up with crushed almonds (Badaam ki Hawaiyan).


- Take a piece of Cake. Shape it with the help of any cutter and use it to decorate your tea cup...♥️
