- 2 cup white chole
- 2 tsp mustard oil
- 3-4 grind tomatoes
- Small piece of ginger
- 2-3 green chillies
- Salt per taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 (small)packet of chole masala
- 1 pkt of maggi masala
- 1 tsp mango powder
- 1 tsp tea,and all khada garam masala while boiling
Instructions to make to make Masala Chole
- First soak the chole overnight and next morning boil chole by adding salt and tea water (in any sauce pan take 2cup of water and add tea leaves along khada masala and boil till it becomes 1cup and strain this water in chole and add 2 cup of normal water in chole for boiling 4 to 5 whistle is ok for boiling)



- In mixer grind tomatoes,ginger along green chillies, In pan or kadai add oil,tomato puree along all dry masalas cook till the masala leaves oil



- As your masala is cooked add boil chole in it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes and garnish it with kasturi methi



- Masala chole is ready to serve
