- 1 Cup Water (RT/Hot)
- 1 Cup Fresh Milk (Boiled & RT/Hot)
- 1-1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Ginger: Pounded
- 2 Green Cardamoms: Pounded
- 1-1.5 tbsp Tea (I use usually the mixture of both the dust & leaves)
- 1 cup To pour out & Sip in
Instructions to make to make Masala Tea/Chai
- In a Saucepan: Boil the Water & Milk together or separately- with the measured sugar & the aforementioned spices: (I’ve boiled the milk & water separately & then have mixed them together, to enhance the taste of the spices infused water into the milk distinctively)


- Once boiled perfectly well: Reduce the flame & now, add in the measured Tea into it- mix well...& allow it to boil again, for at least another 3-5 mins time



- Until the ingredients are all nicely combined, infused in & incorporated into the same... Everytime, once it reaches the boiling point- Reduce the flame to low for it to subside a bit & then again, put it on the medium-high flame to boil again



- This method need be repeated at least 3 times, post adding in the tea leaves to it- Turn off the flame, cover the pan with its lid & allow it to rest & settled down a bit on the oven itself for another 2-3 mins time



- Now, time to pour it out & serve absolutely piping hot with your choicest snacks, biscuits 🍪 cookies, etc. And, get yourself completely recharged, rebooted, re-energised & refreshed to take up another hectic day onto your stride 💁🏻♀️👍🏻
